The Role of Talent Management in Achieving Organizational Commitment: An Application to the Faculty Members at Shendi University
Abstract
This study examined the role of talent management in achieving organizational commitment, applied to faculty members at Shendi University. The research problem was framed around a main question: "What is the role of talent management in achieving organizational commitment at the university?". The study aimed to provide a conceptual framework for talent management and organizational commitment, as well as to identify the level of organizational commitment among the university's academic staff. Several hypotheses were tested, notably that there is a statistically significant relationship between talent management and affective commitment. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach, the study yielded several findings, most importantly that talent management significantly contributes to enhancing affective commitment. Consequently, the study offered a number of recommendations, including strengthening communication channels and providing continuous training programs within the university.
