Abstract

This study aimed to identify the creative impact of creative inspiration on enhancing job performance within Chadian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). As time progresses, the need for innovation intensifies due to the competitive nature of our world and its increasing variables, requiring all entities to respond to the demands of present and future development. Considering that creative inspiration has a clear influence on improving job performance and is a vital and effective means of achieving success, growth, and organizational effectiveness, this study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach to diagnose the subject. The objective was to reach significant indications regarding the impact of organizational creativity on job performance. To achieve this, the researchers designed a questionnaire featuring several research questions to collect primary data from the study sample. Accordingly, data were gathered, analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Subsequently, the data were transferred to Microsoft Word for commentary and final determination, while Microsoft Excel was utilized to handle the figures. Finally, the study concluded with a set of results and recommendations.
