This study aims to investigate the level of professional skills among social workers in dealing with hearing-impaired individuals and identify their training needs to enhance professional practice. The study utilized a descriptive-analytical methodology and was conducted on a comprehensive sample of social workers at the Al-Amal Center for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Tripoli. A questionnaire was employed as the research instrument.
