Employee well-being significantly impacts productivity, and mental health programs play a critical role in fostering a This research paper explores the critical role of mental health programs in enhancing employee well-being and productivity within the workplace. The study examines how these initiatives contribute to increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, enhanced engagement, team collaboration, and organizational cohesion. Through a comprehensive mixed-methods approach, quantitative and qualitative data reveal that implementing mental health programs leads to significant improvements across various metrics, including task completion rates, job satisfaction, and financial returns.
